This month’s Automotive Addicts Cars & Coffee was a special treat that featured one of the largest gatherings of Slingshots in our area on the upper deck of The Florida Times-Union parking lot. The Polaris Slingshot owners came out in droves to start off on a 110-mile Florida tour and then take off to tackle a monumental 2,445-mile drive to California’s Santa Monica Pier and then back home. Crazy, right? Maybe it’s just a passion for 3-wheels!
August 2016’s Cars & Coffee also brought locals from neighboring areas bringing their shined up rides to celebrate yet another month of Cars & Coffee in Jacksonville, FL’s sunny and still-Hot-&-humid weather. Our lot was packed with another record crowd.
Our usual sponsors were also on hand to support our community event and we want to thank them again and their efforts of filling our Meguiars goodie bags with promo material. Mark your calendars NOW, because next month for the special date of September 17th, 2016’s Automotive Addicts Cars & Coffee we will be featuring Honda and Acura vehicles on the upper deck. Representatives from corporate Honda and Acura will be on hand with some “brand-new” sheet metal from here in the good ol USA to show off.
