Like big wheels? Does your taste in automotive styling run to the donk side? If so, I’d suggest you stay away from Cincinnati, Ohio, where police are using a little known section of the municipal code to seize cars rolling on wheels deemed “too large” to be safe. I haven’t seen any clear definition on what size constitutes a “threat to public safety”, but I’d be willing to guess that your risk of an impounded vehicle goes up exponentially with wheel sizes over 20”. If impounded, the vehicles must pass a “safety inspection” before they can be returned to their owners, and guess who pays for that inspection? The owners, who also get saddled with towing and impound fees. Read more…
Where To Find OEM Replacement Wheels For Your Car

Having owned an Audi A4 for some time now, I had the unfortunate incident of hitting a pot-hole in the middle of downtown. My rim was bent beyond repair and I have been seeking my city for reimbursement for the cost of my bent wheel. Contacting my local Audi dealership I was informed of a replacement wheel costing much more than I anticipated. After performing a Google search to look for an OEM replacement wheel I was able to find USARim who specializes in replacement OEM wheels for a fraction of the cost that my dealership was going to charge.

For SEMA this year Giovanna proves that they are one of the ‘big-players’ in the automotive aftermarket game with one of the most talked-about booths at the 2010 SEMA show. They had on display Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. Chevy Camaro SS Rockin 22-inch Vossen Concave Wheels
Even though the Chevy Camaro was the best selling sports car for a full year there is still a rarity of nicely modified Camaros that look GOOD. MotionLite Illuminates Your Wheels for Everyone to See at Night

Do you remember the old automotive fads where people had neon lights under their car? What about those light-up washer nozzles? Gosh, what in the world were those people thinking? Anyway, there is a new lighting accessory that is soon to catch on called MotionLite. MotionLite is a new product that utilizes retractable LED lighting pointed at the face of your wheels. The MotionLite applications can be configured to change colors and have a strobe effect making your wheels BLING at night. It is claimed as “the world’s first tractable wheel illumination system”.
