The simple formula to making a car fast by making it incredibly light weight has been used by the best of them including Lamborghini. Recently Lamborghini took that concept to new heights in their new Sesto Elemento Concept (Sesto Elemento means Sixth Element). Weighing in at a featherweight 2,202 pounds and incorporating the same V10 engine and all-wheel-drive system from the Lamborghini LP570-4 Superleggera, the Sixth Element Concept is able to run 0 to 62mph in 2.5 seconds and top out at over 217mph.

‘REACHING FOR A HIGHER LEVEL’
Hyundai has been on a roll in the automotive marketplace. While most manufacturers have seen a drop or slight increase in sales, Hyundai has seen double-digit sales increases on its market share.
With the introduction of the Genesis luxury sport sedan two years ago it showed Hyundai meant business going head-to-head with Lexus, Infiniti and Acura in the luxury segment. Now Hyundai has introduced an all-new sports coupe that shows great potential for design, engineering and build quality. It is going squarely up against the Ford Mustang and Chevy Camaro V6 equipped models.
I tested the top-of-the-line ‘Track Edition’ and was very impressed with the car overall. With a total price of just $30,750.00 the all-new Genesis Coupe Track Edition came equipped with even more goodies than a comparatively priced V6 Mustang or Camaro.

Driving the latest Acura TL had me reminiscing of when one of the very first Japanese luxury cars came to the United States in the form of the Acura Legend. Those days are long gone, which could be a good thing or bad thing depending on how you look at it. We look at it as a good thing because Acura has still managed to keep that ‘Legend’ going. Now it can be seen shared in the vast lineup of vehicles all having similar characteristics making them unmistakable, including the 2010 Acura TL.
The new Acura TL SH-AWD with technology package, in which we had the opportunity to review is a worthy contender in such a competitive automotive segment. Polished with some of the latest automotive technology and a sleek newly designed skin aims to set the Acura TL off from its competitors.
