This video is really amazing, you get to see two super cars go head to head! A ZR1 vs a Lambo? I wish I could have been there! In theory the Lambo should be faster than the ZR1, its lighter by about 60lbs and has 30 more hp, plus it has AWD. In the video the Lamborghini is being driven by a factory driver and the Corvette is being driven by a regular old auto journalist. This really makes you think that the ZR1 is one hell of a bargain! Oh, so you want to see what fast is? Here it is. I do not know any other way of expressing “fast” today other than the Top Gear video of the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV (Super Veloce). The fastest Lamborghini ever made (from the factory).

Check out our previous posts on the Murcielago LP670-4 SV (Super Veloce) here.

It seems just like the other day I posted something on Drifting and now they want to stick me with another new Drifting video but this time in a Yellow Bull. This is more like a HOLY COW rather than Bull Sh*t. I am sure after this video of stunt driver San Hubinette drifting the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 Super Veloce (SV) you can’t agree with me more.

Enjoy the video below and the special feature of Sam drifting the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 in LA for one of Lamborghini’s commercials!

The Geneva Motor Show is one that will not disappoint despite the many pull-outs of various auto manufacturers from being in this week’s Geneva Motor Show. One car that will be a big hit is the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 670-4 SV (SuperVeloce) or (translation: Super Fast). With an obvious 670hp from the naming of this Bull and all-wheel-drive hence the -4, this Murcielago has no mercy on the competition.

Some of the stunning stats pulled out of the press release below is the notable 0-60mph time of 3.2 seconds and top speed of 212mph. While that is still not Bugatti Veyron territory you would be hard pressed to find many cars that can make that type of marking.

What The Heck: Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV

Lamborghini Murcielago LP640

Okay, so now I get it!!! Lamborghini cars model number will continue to rise indefinitely to match the infinite increase in horsepower… so technically they could have 4 more Murcielagos just this year leading up to our post on the LP710 Audigier Edition. It’s all about horsepower right and weight savings right? An all-out horsepower war it seems.

Speculation over the internet waves is now surfacing yet another Lamborghini Murcielago dubbed the LP670-4 SV. I remember when Lamborghini had a Diablo SV and I could not stop drooling. Not many cars look this good standing still. As you guessed it, this one will have 670hp from the same V12 and AWD system, hence the LP670-4 SV name tag. Also, to make it special in “SV” form it has been shaved a whole 220 pounds and will be able to match a 3.2 second sprint to 60mph and top out at 213 mph. The matte black color scheme reminiscent of the Reventon will be covering the lower body while including an abundance of carbon fiber body parts for weight savings.

Lamborghini Reventon

It is rumored that 350 units will be produced but others will argue and say it will be only 100. So I guess if you were not “lucky” enough to get a Reventon then you may settle for the LP670-4 SV.
