I had the chance to spend a little time with the new 992 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera S thanks to a good friend and neighbor of mine. After my time, I’m pretty convinced that I need a Porsche in my garage. I’m only throwing around if I should wait for the new 992 GT3 and/or GT3 RS to drop, because Porsche has created an amazing foundation to build off of in the new 911 for its base model and the Carrera S. Here I give a quick test drive review of the new 911 in its Carrera S flavor with 443 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque from its turbocharged 3.0-liter flat 6-cylinder engine. Also, you have to check out the launch, it hits 60 mph in about 3 seconds!!! I’m sold – even at the higher new price! Enjoy.
