2027 Chrysler Pacifica Teaser Shows Bold New Face and a Fresh Chrysler Logo

Chrysler is finally giving everyone a reason to pay attention again, and it starts with the Pacifica. The brand dropped new teaser images on Instagram showing a heavily refreshed 2027 Pacifica, which is a big deal when you consider that the minivan is basically Chrysler’s entire lineup these days, with the Voyager serving as the simpler, budget-friendly sibling. From the first glimpses, this looks like more than a minor nip and tuck.

The biggest change is right up front. The Pacifica’s slim horizontal headlights are gone, replaced by vertically oriented lighting elements that run down the outer edges of the fascia. Up top, a light bar ties the look together and features Chrysler’s updated logo, a simplified badge that debuted on the Halcyon concept and has been waiting in the wings for a production vehicle moment like this. There’s also a more detailed lower grille treatment, and the van in the teaser appears to wear a “Pinnacle” badge, hinting that Chrysler is showing off the most upscale trim.

Chrysler is keeping the rest under wraps, but it’s safe to expect the interior to get attention next. The current Pacifica is still a strong family hauler, yet the cabin tech and overall presentation are due for a modern refresh, especially as competitors continue to lean into bigger screens and cleaner layouts. A facelift like this usually comes with meaningful infotainment updates, new materials, and a few thoughtful packaging tweaks that families actually notice day to day.

Powertrain questions are where things get especially interesting. The 3.6-liter V-6 feels like the obvious carryover for the gas model, but the electrified future is less clear right now. Recent industry chatter has pointed to Stellantis stepping away from its traditional plug-in hybrid approach, and that puts the Pacifica Hybrid’s next chapter in question even as Chrysler leadership has previously discussed an eventual electric Pacifica. For now, the teaser is all about design, but the bigger story will be what Chrysler says about what’s under the hood and what comes next.

Either way, this is the sharpest sign yet that Chrysler is trying to build momentum again. The Pacifica has been holding down the fort for years, and a bolder look paired with a more modern cabin could keep it relevant while the brand sorts out its broader plan. Expect more details to surface soon, especially as Chrysler gets closer to the 2027 model year launch.
