WHAT IS GR2KX?
“goldrush 2010” it’s L4P.com‘s annual automotive/Luxury lifestyle rally…
WHERE IS IT THIS YEAR?
This year we are trying to do the entire west coast
Starts June 8 in Seattle, thru Portland Oregon, to San Francisco down to L.A. and ending in Las Vegas June 13..
WITH LAST YEAR BEING SO SUCCESSFUL, HOW MUCH DID THIS YEAR GROW?
Well, we added 2 Cities and 3 nights, probably gonna end up with a few more cars. It an absolute pleasure to have a gathering from an online network like L4P.com
WHAT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO?
The madness!
THE MADNESS? CAN YOU EXPLAIN?
Just the colorful mix of personalities, my girl calls it “my social experiments” but seriously, seeing the folks who are involved on Luxury4Play.com come out. We have cars from Florida, Nevada, and the beautiful state of Arkansas with participants from all over the West Coast! Lots of nationalities in attendance again, it’s a great demographic!
It’s good to see a great crop of folks coming to our Rally again this year.
WHAT ARE THE RANGE OF CARS?
I think there will be some surprises in Seattle, but all the heavyweights will be there in full gR Livery for sure!
Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and some good ol’ American Muscle!!!!
WHAT ARE YOU PERSONALLY AND MOST EXCITED ABOUT?
“All .. . . ”
The drive from Portland to San Fran!!!
and seeing friends from all over in one place at one time, having a good/safe ride!
I like this year’s sponsors a lot; WTW Corp, HELIX and A&E Autosound, Cats Exotics and the returning sponsors like North West Auto Salon, Wheels Boutique, Famous Autosports, Lamborghini Beverly Hills, as well as all the new sponsors like Exotics Boutique, and Billionare Mafia who have become great people to network alongside with.
Seriously without any of these great people we wouldn’t be able to make this happen!
WHAT ARE YOU DRIVING THIS YEAR?
Iwill be in my 430 scuderia for one last romance!
the car has 14,000 miles, a few Rallies and a few dozen drives, might be time to get a hybrid (Laughs)
WHAT THEME ARE YOU DOING THIS YEAR?
I get a lot emails and messages from soldiers overseas, not to get too political (b/c i hate that) they seem entertained by L4P and goldRUSH and their stories are all the same.
They miss home.
What they do allows me to do what i do! we inspire each other-
SO I wanted to do the cammo wrap to let them know i support THEM, and i hope they make it safe home to their families soon!
GOLD RUSH RALLY IS SLOWLY BECOMING A “BRAND” HOW DOES THAT EFFECT THE INITIAL VISION?
It’s fun, moreso than the sought after t-shirts and posters, i hope that when i’m old, broken and disabled, young people are still dreaming about attending and the L4P Network of friends are still doing it strong!
WHAT CAN WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING AFTER THE RALLY IS OVER?
Hopefully and awesome virtual experience, showcased by AWOL.tv via L4P.com or just an overall good vibe across the web and i don’t know? Just some epic stories that people can have/own for the rest of their lives!
WHAT ELSE CAN WE EXPECT FROM GR OR L4P?
More hooliganism, shenanigans, cool parties with righteous performance and mellow future gatherings!
more importantly though, gR2KX isn’t about Racing or driving fast, we have a track day on our Rally at Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch.
It’s important that we, as owners of powerful machines drive responsibly!
As an exotic car owner i hate the glorification of ‘wrecked cars’ all over the web, but it is what it is…
