The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport has pushed the envelope to set a new land speed record recently reaching 267.81 mph and now the car is in James May’s hands in Top Gear season 15. James heads to VW’s test track which is one of the very few places that you can max-out a Veyron which they already did in the regular version some time ago. Now it is their turn in the Veyron Super Sport. Check out the video below before it is pulled from Youtube of James May’s top speed run and the Stig taking his turn around the Top Gear test track.
Apple Teased Over iPhone 4 Antenna Issue on Top Gear

If you watched the video in our latest Top Gear related post (the one where they put the Camaro SS up against the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG -so unfair), then you know that Jeremy Clarkson poked fun at the iPhone 4’s antenna issue in his comical introduction to the Stig. “If you hold him in the wrong way, he does doesn’t work properly”. Maybe if Apple recalls the iPhone 4 and fixes the antenna issue then the Stig would get a better lap time in the Camaro SS! Ah, that’s probably wishful thinking on both fronts! Hyundai has released a new “funny” Top Gear spoof commercial advertising its new ix35 or what we know as the new 2010 Tucson in America. The clever video mocks Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson, Richard “Hamster” Hammond, “The Stag” instead of The Stig and “Captain Cautious” (Captain Slow) turtle James May. James May sets out to find out which monster limo “wins” in a battle, the Mercedes S63 AMG or the BMW 760i. The BMW 760i sports a twin turbo V12 while the Benz S63 AMG has the most powerful naturally aspirated V8 Benz’s AMG division makes. With amenities such as a 4 zone climate control, messaging seats and even a set of cameras to see around the corner, these beastly mammoths are not as tamed as you may think they are.

Video: Top Gear – BMW Z4 vs Nissan 370Z
The Top Gear guys are at it again, they are testing out the new Z4 and the new 370Z. Jeremy Clarkson hated the previous Z4 so it makes you wonder what he thinks of this one. He has also always referred to the 350Z as a “Datsun”. On the old 350Z he complained that “how many times have you gone for 3rd and missed 5th?”

Video: Top Gear puts the Jaguar XFR against BMW M5
While the BMW M5 has topped Top Gear’s list of four door sports sedans for what seems like forever, the Bavarian bombshell suddenly has plenty of competition, the newest of which is the Jaguar XFR. TG wanted to see which vehicle was better on the track and around town, and naturally, Jeremy Clarkson volunteered to work as judge and jury.
