Anticipation of the new C8 Corvette Z06 has gained new attention as Chevrolet has announced that the high-performance mid-engine American sports car will be revealed in its full production glory on October 26th.
We recently did a preview of what we expect the new Corvette Z06 to be all about when it touts some serious supercar traits, such as a flat plane crank naturally aspirated 5.5-liter V8 engine that is rumored to rev all the way up to 9,000 rpm and make north of 600 horsepower.
