In a bittersweet automotive finale, Stellantis has unveiled the 2024 Ram 1500 TRX Final Edition, bidding adieu to the roaring legacy of the muscle truck that has thrilled enthusiasts with its 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine. This last hurrah for the TRX packs a punch, boasting a limited production run of just 4,000 units, each carrying a price tag of $119,620, inclusive of a $1,995 destination fee.

Under the hood, the TRX Final Edition retains its formidable powertrain. The supercharged V8 engine remains untouched, churning out an exhilarating 702 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque, seamlessly mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. It’s a performance powerhouse that can sprint from 0 to 60 miles per hour in a mere 4.5 seconds, with a top speed topping out at 118 mph.

What distinguishes this farewell edition are its exclusive exterior options. Buyers can choose from three distinctive colors: Delmonico Red, Night Edge Blue, and Harvest Sunrise. The truck sports bead-lock capable wheels with a Satin Titanium finish, accompanied by a prominent 6.2-liter hood badge and bed-side decals, celebrating its final chapter.

Inside the cabin, the TRX Final Edition exudes luxury with Patina stitching gracing the dashboard and seats. The TRX emblem is embroidered onto the chairs, while a unique Final Edition logo takes center stage on the instrument cluster splash screen. Adding a personal touch, each truck comes with a plaque on the console displaying its production number out of the 4,000 units. Satin Titanium trim adorns the passenger side of the dashboard, and carbon-fiber accents adorn the instrument panel, doors, console, and steering wheel. Suede, a touch of opulence, can be found on the door panels.

This special model doesn’t skimp on technology and comfort. It comes equipped with a 19-speaker Harman Kardon stereo, a head-up display, a digital rearview mirror, and eight-way power-adjustable front seats. Safety features are comprehensive, featuring adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, pedestrian emergency braking, blind-spot and cross-path detection, as well as ParkSense assist with automatic stopping.

The 2024 Ram 1500 TRX Final Edition serves as a fitting farewell to a lineage of high-performance trucks. Ram has a history of offering unique iterations of the TRX, each with its own distinct character. Whether it was the Lunar Edition with its Ceramic Gray paint and panoramic sunroof or the Havoc Edition with its eye-catching Baja Yellow exterior and opulent interior, Ram has consistently pushed the envelope of performance and luxury in the realm of muscle trucks. With the Final Edition, they’re bidding adieu with style, leaving an indelible mark on the world of high-performance pickups.
