Cars and Coffee for August 10, 2013 was our best yet. We all piled into the Times Union parking lot downtown Jacksonville with an initial eclectic mix of vehicles mostly consisting of classics. After about 30 minutes into our event we started to see a few exotics, modern sports cars and one-off variations show up in fashion.
One of our avid Automotive Addicts, Chris Brewer, was able to assist our staff with tallying the total number of vehicles in attendance. To our astonishment his estimated calculation came to 390 cars half way into the event. Afterwards we estimated another 35+ vehicles making their way into our almost-full Times Union parking lot. If you are taking count, that is a total of 425 cars, a record for Automotive Addicts Cars and Coffee.

Leading up to NEXT MONTH’s Cars and Coffee event, September 14, 2013, we would like to commemorate our 5-year anniversary. That is right, we have been doing Automotive Addicts Cars and Coffee in Jacksonville, FL for a total of 5 years come next month.
We want to kick off our 5-year anniversary for next month with a thanks to all of the enthusiasts around the Jacksonville and surrounding areas for making this event exceptional and something that will last for many years to come. We will have additional information about any “special” additions to the September Automotive Addicts Cars and Coffee to celebrate our 5 years of enjoying a cup of Coffee with some awesome people and cars.
