Acura already unveiled its highly anticipated all-electric SUV, the 2024 ZDX. Now, along with its high-performance variant, the ZDX Type S, the new electric SUV boasts impressive power and cutting-edge features with the confirmation of its power output ratings and it being eligible for the full EV tax credit in the USA.

The ZDX Type S is hailed as the most potent Acura ever, generating a staggering 500 horsepower and 544 lb.-ft. of torque, surpassing even the Acura NSX Type S supercar. This power is delivered through a performance-tuned dual-motor AWD powertrain, promising an exhilarating driving experience. For those opting for the A-Spec model, there’s still plenty of power to enjoy, with options ranging from 358 to 490 horsepower, depending on the chosen drivetrain configuration.

One of the most appealing aspects of the 2024 ZDX lineup is its eligibility for the full $7,500 federal tax credit for electric vehicles, making it an even more enticing prospect for eco-conscious buyers. With a starting price of $57,000 for the A-Spec (RWD) model post-credit, the ZDX offers both performance and affordability in the electric SUV market.
