If there was any question about us living in a modern-day golden automotive age, you found your answer at this year’s Cars & Coffee at the Concours event. This year, providing our assistance to the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance to put on the Cars & Coffee at the Concours event, we welcomed a record crowd featuring a vast variety of over 450 cars placed across the lawns of The Ritz Carlton Amelia Island.
This year’s spectacle was one that you didn’t want to miss. Manufacturers from all over the world, such as Mercedes-Benz, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, Cadillac, Buick, Ford, Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren, and others, brought in the latest creations on four wheels to display for the event. BMW contributed as well by stunning everyone with many rare gems in celebration of their 100 years of building the ultimate driving machine. Participants included those from all over the country and a few from across the pond. In addition, our local community participants from our monthly Automotive Addicts Cars & Coffee event were on hand to bring in their polished rides and show off as part of one of the best Cars & Coffee events to take place in America.
Leading up to the official 21st Annual Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance event on Sunday, Saturday’s Cars & Coffee at the Concours show was the perfect complement to a weekend chock full of events, including various auctions, manufacturer ride and drives, road tours, seminars, and nightly receptions.
Now into our third year of working with the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance to put on the Cars & Coffee at the Concours event, we wonder how we’ll top this year’s show come next year. No doubt, we will be sure to put on a grand spectacle once again in celebration of the automobile and bringing people together for one of the best car show events of our time.
