Lexus, or should I say Toyota, is planning on introducing a dedicated hybrid vehicle to the Lexus lineup. It will be positioned above the IS in the line-up. The image that we are showing is from Japan’s Mag-X from the VWvortex Forum. It is said that this new Lexus Hybrid will go on sale in 2011 or late 2010 in the US.
The Lexus HS250h will be using the 2.4 liter Camry power plant with electric motor setup similar to that in the current Camry Hybrid. It was only a matter of time before Lexus would introduce a dedicated hybrid “CAR”. We are sure this may be on par with the design of the newest third generation Toyota Prius. We will bring it to you when it happens!
