Along side of the new smaller Cadillac ATS, the guys at GM want to make the modernized lineup at Cadillac complete by introducing a new large luxury sedan currently dubbed the XTS.
The Cadillac XTS will be launched next spring (2012) and feature a front-wheel-drive setup and available all-wheel-drive system. The new large Caddy will be based off of the XTS Platinum Concept which was unveiled at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show. A new plug-in Hybrid system could be offered considering the XTS Concept at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show was said to use a drivetrain that similar to the Chevy Volt’s.
