Okay, it weighs 2,843 pounds, goes from 0 mph to 62 mph in 3.0 seconds flat, goes to 124 mph in 9.1 seconds, has 1.33 g of later acceleration, laps the Fiorano test trick in 1:23.5, has 597 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and 398 pound-feet of torque at 6,000 rpm from its 4.5-liter V8 engine… It is the new Ferrari 458 Speciale, because it is “Special”.

Coming out Ferrari’s arsenal is the best handling Ferrari yet, the new Ferrari 458 Speciale, which is set to debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show next month featuring crazy technological advances like a new slip-angle control system to optimize torque through each rear wheel for the best traction possible.

More information about this SPECIAL Italian stallion, basically a 430 Scuderia variation of the new 458 Italia, will be uncovered during the Frankfurt Auto Show starting September 10th.
