Illtech Tuning Auto Salon’s Cody Johnson sits down for an exclusive interview by Driving Sports TV for a look at the Illtech R35 Nissan GT-R. As Cody explains in the video, their GT-R project car has many tuning modifications in the works. The initial tuning allows the GT-R to put down just over 600hp and 600 ft-lbs of torque to the wheels all on 92 octane gas.
Future plans include the adaptation of methanol or race fuel and a rebuild of the transmission or switch to a 6-speed manual to handle the added power. Exterior aesthetics are highlight by the iForged 22 inch wheels and an aftermarket exhaust that makes the sweetest sound I have heard from a GT-R so far.

Oh, check out the other cars in the background. Is that an AE86 I see?
