Ford has unveiled the latest addition to its Bronco lineup, introducing the 2024 Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package amidst a celestial spectacle. This new package, joining the previously released Code Orange variant, offers customers yet another option to merge formidable desert capabilities with the distinct style associated with the Bronco brand. The unveiling took place against the backdrop of a total solar eclipse, witnessed by a gathering of 150 Bronco owners at the Bronco Off-Roadeo Texas event.
Designed to amplify the rugged appeal of the Bronco Raptor, the Black Appearance Package boasts a blend of Shadow and Matte black exterior elements, lending the vehicle a menacing aesthetic. Included in the package are features such as a Shadow Black painted roof, matching mirror caps, a painted roll bar, and fender flares, all coordinated to create striking contrasts against the Raptor’s bold paint options. Additionally, the package includes a Matte Black steel bumper, skid plate, and tow hooks, further enhancing both the visual impact and off-road capability of the vehicle.
Drawing inspiration from previous Bronco iterations, such as the sixth-generation concept SUVs, the Shadow Black painted roll bar pays homage to the brand’s heritage, while the painted skid plate addresses feedback from existing Bronco Raptor owners who have customized their vehicles in a similar manner. Completing the package are unique Raptor body-side and hood decals, contributing to the package’s overall price of $4,995 MSRP.

The exclusive unveiling of the Bronco Raptor Black Appearance Package at the Bronco Off-Roadeo event allowed current Bronco owners to be among the first to witness the package’s debut, underscoring Ford’s commitment to engaging its loyal customer base. Following the success of the vibrant Code Orange package introduced in 2023, the introduction of the Black Appearance Package further expands the customization options available to Bronco enthusiasts.
