We spotted this on Jalopnik (of course) where someone submitted a tip to a video of kids driving a Ferrari F430 up and down what appears to be the local streets in front of an apartment building. The kids do not look to be any older than 10 years old but it seems he has the necessary skills to pilot the nearly $200K exotic down the street. Is that messed up or what?
